Fred Abbott is a London-based musician best known as lead guitarist and keyboard player in Noah And The Whale. Following the band's split he released his solo album SERIOUS POKE in July 2015 on Lojinx Records. The album, which features fellow members of Noah And The Whale and other friends, was co-produced by Fred and Martin Hollis and recorded at the legendary British Grove Studios in West London. 

in addition to writing and recording his own music, Fred is an in-demand session musician and producer. Recent projects include: production/mixing/guitar/keys on Dave Burn's album "Arizona",  production/guitar/keys on the upcoming Orphan Colours album, keyboards on Jamie Lawson's number one debut album (including the hit single "Wasn't Expecting That"), keys on the album "Phantom Dreams" by Little Mammoths and many more. Fred has also been in the studio producing songs for The Lost Art and Noah And The Whale violinist Tom Hobden's solo project.
